Miscellaneous Information:

Weather and Clothing

The weather should be just about the same as we have here in Ohio, if not slightly cooler.  Temperatures should range from the high 70s to the mid 50s.  We will be spending some time outdoors, so you will want to dress for the weather.  Dress at the Rocking Horse Ranch Resort is casual.  Clothing that can be layered is best since the weather at this time of year can vary.  Comfortable, sturdy walking shoes are suggested for outdoor activities.  A jacket for chilly evenings and early mornings is recommended.  An umbrella for walking from building to building in case of a rain shower is a good idea.  There are several pools on the property, and one is indoor, so you might like to bring along a swimming suit.
