DAY 1 - (D)

Your Arizona adventure begins as you arrive in Phoenix and are transferred to Sedona.  A stop along the way for dinner will be made before your arrival at the hotel

Day 2 - (B, D)

This morning you will visit Montezuma Castle National Monument, an ancient five-story Indian swelling carved out of a great limestone cliff.

In Sedona, the narrated trolley tour visits the south side of town, highlighted by Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village, Gallery Row and a stop at the famous Chapel of the Holy Cross.

Day 3 (B, L, D)

Experience this legendary journey to an extraordinary place! Travel by motor coach from Sedona to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, approximately a 2-hour drive.  Upon arrival, you will have a 1.5 hour tour along the rim with a stop for an included lunch at Maswik Lodge Cafeteria.

For the return this afternoon, you will board the Grand Canyon Railway and travel from Grand Canyon Depot to Williams Depot, a 2 1/4 hour ride.

From its days of transporting ore through the Wild West to the present-day journey, the Grand Canyon Railway has enchanted millions of people from around the world since 1901—and now it’s time for you to experience the wonderful romance of a voyage by train. You will take an unforgettable ride on a restored car and hear folklore and tales from a crew who are still bewitched by their spectacular surroundings. Be entertained by authentic characters and musicians who bring the Old West to life. Upon arrival in Williams, enjoy a buffet dinner before transferring back to Sedona.

Day 4 (B)

Sedona, an artist community, is set amongst the red-hued rocks of Oak Creek Canyon.   It's breath taking beauty fills the senses and soothes the soul.

Today has been reserved as a day of leisure.  Sit back, relax and enjoy the warmth of the Arizona sun, explore the eclectic art galleries and craft shops, or take an optional tour(s).

Optional Tours

Hot Air Balloon Ride - $250.00 per person

The fun begins with the exciting inflation of the balloon, and before you know it gently lifting-off.  You will experience the splendor of gliding over Mother Nature's own beautiful, panoramic Red Rock Country.  Sedona's natural wonders and wildlife sightings will delight you as you float calmly with the air currents.  The pilot will tell you the exciting history of ballooning before you watch the sunrise during the ascent.  The chase crew awaits for your peaceful landing.

Guided Pink Jeep tour through the Sedona back country - $139.00 per person

Climb aboard the iconic pink Jeep Wrangler for an off-road adventure with sweeping views framed by majestic Saguaro, Ocotillo and Jumping Cholla cactus.  The expert tour guide is a highly-trained professional with expertise on the geology, history and wildlife of the area, and will provide fascinating information about the diverse desert eco-system and Arizona's Yavapai Nation history and culture.  The vehicle is a customized 4x4 pink Jeep allowing access to the rugged roads of the Sonoran Desert, not passable with most vehicles.  Lean back as the guide takes you up steep hill climbs along trails overlooking the pristine Yavapai Nation lands. Keep your camera handy for capturing exquisite views of the surrounding mountain peaks which reach heights of almost 8,000 feet.

These adventures are sure to bring you memories that will last a lifetime.

Day 5 (B, D)

This morning, a stop in Jerome, an old mining town and melting pot of those who dreamed of making a quick fortune.

Once virtually a ghost town, it is now restored with shops, museums and art.  Later, you will climb aboard the Verde Canyon Railroad for a spectacular journey over old-fashioned trestles, past ancient Indian ruins and through a 700-foot tunnel.

Enjoy the views from the comfort of a First Class seat or from one of the open-air viewing cars. Watch for wildflowers, blooming cacti and wildlife in their natural habitat.  Tonight, chow down with a chuck wagon supper at the "Blazin' M Ranch" and Western State Show.

Day 6 (B)

After breakfast you move to Scottsdale where you will visit the Desert Botanical Gardens.

Afterwards check into the hotel.

Later you will have time to explore Old Town and go shopping.  Dinner is on your own.
